- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Check with your building's front desk/concierge/security.
If it's still missing, contact the carrier directly first. You can also email us and we'll assist where possible.
3) Returns & Refunds

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free of stains, odors (including perfume/deodorant), pet hair, or signs of wear

🚫 Worn / Washed / Altered Items
- Not returnable (for hygiene and quality reasons).
📷 Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Clear photos of the item, tags, and packaging
We'll review and assist as quickly as possible.
💵 Refund Timing
After your return is received and approved:
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (depends on the payment provider).

- Natural fibers may have subtle variations in texture, weave, or color—this is normal.
- For allergies or sensitivities (e.g., wool, latex), check the materials on the product page before purchasing.
🎨 Colors in Photos vs. Real Product
- We aim for accurate display, but:
- Slight color variation can occur due to lighting, screen settings, or dye batches.
- Prints and patterns may vary slightly in placement between pieces.

- Always follow the care label sewn inside the garment. General tips:
- Wash with similar colors; turn delicate items inside out.
- Avoid high heat when drying—air dry when possible.
- Steam rather than iron prints, embellishments, or delicate fabrics.
- Store knitwear folded (not hung) to keep shape.
👗 First Wear
- Some items (especially dark denim, dyed cotton, or wool) may have a slight fabric smell or excess dye initially. Airing out or a gentle first wash usually resolves this.
